This book would make a great Father's Day gift for any dad. In this book a little girl is shown with her father in various scenes from infancy as she grows. Her dad is always there cuddling and showing his love, protecting her from her fears, comforting her in times of trouble, forgiving her when she makes a mistake, and admiring her skills as she matures. A great book for dad to read to his little ones reminding them that he is always there for them. This story is a perfect choice to read before he has to leave for work or go on an assignment. My only criticism is that the pictures were small and difficult to see on the kindle version even though I was reading it on an HD Kindle.Product details

I love how the author takes the reader through the life of a daddy/daughter from the daughter's birth to early childhood. The images remind me of photos I have of my husband with our daughter. It is a very sweet and tender book. I know my daughter will love it when I show it to her.
Not the best children's book I've ever read &definitely not the worst. Content is good, though some of the rhymes are a stretch. Average illustrations. But I enjoyed that it was written for dads & daughters. So many books overlook relationships from mother to son and father to daughter,this was refreshing to read.
I bought this book for my husband for father's day from our toddler daughter. She loves to sit and have him read it and when he's not home I read it to her. It is such a sweet book it gets me every time and by the end I have watery eyes! Part of this could be that I'm currently pregnant with our second child and it's not THAT hard to make a pregnant lady cry, but still, pretty cute book!
Reading this book can bring a lump to your throat. Its written with lots of love and emotions and the pictures are awesome. Wonderfully tracks daddy's love for a child, from birth to big girl. Would love to see a similar version for the relationship between fathers and sons!
Your Daddy Loves You is book with words that harmonize with the adorable artwork. During each new step in child's life she is reminded that her Daddy loves her.
Precious and full of positive energy it is hard not to love this book. I think there should also be one done for mom and child if they have not already. I do not know how the author made the exact feeling of being loved.
This is the first book my daughter reaches for at bed time. Great reading to her and the illustrations are simple and easy for her to look at and make sense of. (She kisses the pages when we turn the page!) Follow Up to my original review. It is amazing after owning this book for a couple months now that it is still the first and only book she picks up and brings to mom or dad at bed time! I love it!

I thought it was lovely to see a book from Daddy's point of view. So many children's books focus on Mommy and child, which is wonderful, but this caught my eye right away, as my son is a daddy plus 2. He and his husband adopted a child this year, so anything that says Daddy is nice for them.
It was well illustrated, and well written. Easy read, easy to understand for kids, and one that I think would quickly become a favorite.. I would reccommend it for any parent, guardian or otherwise oh has children that they read to.
